Hi,
I use to struggle with fxd files also :-). I´m not sure if you want
just one fxd for all the episodes, as it will work like a playlist,
anyway... I found that the fxd files usually have to have the same
name as the folder.

Hello
I make a little progress. I found a syntax error in fxd file, so now
i have one fxd file for whole season and name of this file is
the same as directory name. It is also a sort of playlist. Now i may
chose any episode from list of episodes or play everything (part
after part)

had the feeling that this could be done with folder.fxd files, so here
is a minimal one:
?xml version=1.0 ?
freevo
folder title=Firefly

contentA Sci-Fi serie that
Has anyone ever done an online .fxd file generator (or one in the
webserver)? It would be nice to have a form that you fill out with the
relevant info and have it spit out a usable .fxd file...

Thanks Christian. You just answered a question I have wanted to know for some
time. I had tried that before, but I never got my head around the fact that
the file needed to be named folder.fxd and not 'nameofthefolder.fxd' which
works in movies, but like a playlist as well so, not for tv series.
I have a few python geniuses at work that are interested in freevo, but tend to
not have a lot of time to really get into it (family obligations). But if I
need any major parsing done, they always come through (and quickly). If I
could get/come up with a a standard format for the file that would
