Hi Gary, You sound exactly like me! I moved to London and never bothered to get a licence, letting my NM one expire. I visited Santa Fe with my folding bike a few years ago and it was actually really useful to get around. There's some good bike/pedestrian paths nowadays. You can see these at

I am afraid I would urge you to rent a car at the airport, if that is at all possible. Or come to town on the Rail Runner and ask Entprise to pick you up at the depot in santa fe, if you want to avoid the airport rental fees, assuming they are greater. Cycling around Santa Fe in winter would be,
