Charles, I tend to concur with Sally to the extent that the litany of
American judicial experience with antitrust legislation is of
peripheral interest at best to this list; but more particularly, I've noted
that of those posts which raise a point more relevant to this list,
and elicit comments from listmembers, only those which are cc'ed
to you lead to a response, leading me to suspect that you don't
actually read this list, only post to it as a means of increasing the
readership of your views. I don't think that is appropriate use of
this forum.
