Fixed 2.5.15 tarballs are in place

For the record, the fixed tarballs are in place. If one happens to get the old 2.5.15 tarball, he may just remove the FvwmTabs.1 rule from the end of modules/FvwmTabs/Makefile[.in]. Regards, Mikhael.
