No, thanks.  You'd have to use some sort of iframe to do that.  I
think what would be easier is to make the menu link a redirect to
fvwmforums.org, and remove the contents from the support page on
fvwm.org, since going to the forums speaks for itself.

I've visited the website again and I only can say - WOW! Great work!
The Header 'inside' the window looks pretty cool :-)
Also your other changes (colors, formatings, ...)

One idea came to my mind after clicking Support->FVWM Forums ...
Is it possible to show the forums inside the window? ^^
