The recommendation from pkc_mls of using the compatibility test tool would be great if you have access to the equipment before hand, if you don't, then I would recommend going for the G3 model. I checked the hardware compatibility tool for R55 and in fact both G3 and G4 are shown as compatible,

[FW-1] dhcp relay and vsx

I am using an external virtual router for all my firewall VS's on a gateway. Some of my customers are planning to use an off site dhcp server for assigning addresses to nodes inside a VS. My question is, do I need to configure anything on the external virtual router for dhcp to work via the VS's?
