I've used Zend Framework for almost 2 years in several projects.
Now I'm entering a new company where the developers are asked
to choose a web framework. We're 3 developers:
One knows zf
One knows CodeIgniter
The other one knows Yii Framework
I believe in ZF, but the other developers

What is your company aiming for? What do you need to develop? Because Yii
and CodeIgniter are faster to setup and to develop with when talking about
smaller projects, while ZF is heavier, with more features, more difficult

I'd agree, they're very fair comments Marco.
IMHO Zend is 'heavy' and feature full with the great flexibility,
where as CodeIgniter is very 'pick up and go'...
So I agree, it depends on your intended application.
