Having endured a bout with both AOL's cretins (I'm sorry; I shouldn't insult cretins that way) and those at SBC/Yahoo in the past month, I will say "AMEN!" to that... And I don't want to get going on the newest form of torture, the voice maze hell (which only recognizes what you say about 60 percent of the time - my own experience, YMMV).
