I did an extensive check of prices about 5 months ago, and got mine from Batteries.com. Very satisfied. On a related thread, I saw something on another list about being able to replace the cells in a Pismo battery. Anyone know from whom you'd buy the cells, and what the process is? --David

Interesting. I've heard this before, but in my case, keeping the Ti plugged in most of the time (almost always), I only recently noticed the battery is not staying charged for more than 60-75 minutes. Got the 400 during the middle period of their release so it's been a few years. Don Bruce
