It was done at the same time as I sent the last couple of ones. It wouldn't
hurt to check the send time once in a while.

Funny, my tray loading iMac has worked from day one. Guess you are
lying to make a point since all tray loaders don't have this problem.

I feel that Apple could have handled it better from a PR standpoint, which
made it look like they were ignoring the issue. I don't believe they ever
intended to stick customers with laptops with hardware issues and not stand
behind their obligation to fix them.
I guess I would like to know why
First, Apple never said anything about the problem publicly, that
includes a denial, so they never lied about it. The 1889 signatures may
or may not be accurate as online petitions are not the most accurate
manners of protest in the world. Pending class action suit in this
case is a nice way
I have read just about all there is available on it and have a bit of

LOTS OF BLAH
I disagree.
Nobody is out but the owners, stockholders, and investors and future users
and recipients of Apple product.
Due to the assenine class-action suit against Apple, this has had lots of
press. I have it from a good source that they've been working on this program

Do you have a source on that? I'd be interested in reading more about it.

Solution!

sends em in; get em fixed! Everyone's happy! No B.S., NO lawsuits, NO

Quite simple!

Uhm, because a bunch of people claim they have similar symptoms does
not mean there is a known issue. Sorry but it actually does take some
RD time to determine such things. What research have you done into the
matter to understand just what the problem(s) are, under what

Well, in actuality there are three issues, one is the over heating
issue cited by Bigbikerbo here, the second is a cable routing issue
causing stress on the video ribbon cable, and the third is an off shoot
of the second where the stress is focused on the inverter board for
said cable. Oh, but

Regardless, I wouldn't want a new Mac, I'd want an old one that has been
proven to be reliable. Of the 3 Macs my

Wait a second, anytime something is reported it is therefore
substantiated? Your logic is way beyond faulty on this one. Apple said
they were not aware of an issue, that has not been proven false.
Wrong! They said There is no known issue. In other words the issue didn't
exist. You shouldn't
I am not assuming. This is getting repetitive ... I have said more than
once that a known issue is not just something that can be said in
passing, there are legal implications when a company makes that
statement, its not defined the same way as you noticing something.
Apple said they were not
