Besides Jub. 2 that Justin mentioned, you may also look into the Gen. Rab. 1.3,
R. Yohanan thinks that angels were created on the second day; R. Hanina thinks
that it happened on the fifth. Tg. Ps-J. Gen 1.26 also says that angels were
created on the second day. Targum Onqelos
Dear Jeff,
1 Sam 25:42 says that "Abigail went after the angels of David" and became his bride. Since "angels" and "messengers"are the same word in Hebrew, the sense is ambiguous. LXX has "servants" here.
