However I have some problems with directories.
I want to create a workflow that takes a directory of files (e.g. 10)
and repeatedly working on all files and then output another set of files
(10) which are piped

It looks like you have some rewrite rules defined (apache?) that are messing up
your routes. Where does Noneadmin_toolshed come from?

Are you running the tip from Galaxy central repository? That is required for
using the main galaxy tool shed.
