I bought Accessable Starfight and Accessable Battleship from Robert Betts a few
years ago.
I had the keys to the registered versions burned onto a CD in case of computer
problems, but have lost them.
Is there any way of contacting Robert Betts?
Do you have any suggestions as to what I can do?
Hi Matheus and everyone else who has quickly come to my aid. Matheus's
suggestion did the trick. I just deleted the contents of the all players
folder in the saved games folder and tried running it again. Jayson should
let people know to do that if they have similar issues. A very nifty way to
Hi. I'm having trouble in chillingham. I got the frog, and fixed the organ,
took all the bugs to professor. I take it my next task is to play the organ.
I gave the hermit the potion, and fed the parrot the peanut. How do you know
if the notes you're playing are right? It's hard to distinguish

Hi Muhammed,
Accessible Star Fight was basically a Battleship type game with
spaceships instead of regular ships. As far as I know it is no longer
being supported, and is no longer available any more. In fact, the
author himself has basically vanished from the Audyssey list and all
the other blind

Hi Dark,
More or less. The major difference between the two is Accessible Star
Fight had an online pvp mode and a chat program you could use. It was
a novel idea for the time, but is based on DirectPlay 8 which was
discontinued quite a long time ago. I'm not even sure if it comes with

Hi Chris,
Ummm..I am not aware of any Amanda voice. Where did you get the voice from?
If you mean the voice that comes with Windows 7 that is the Sapi 5.3
speech engine and the default voice is Microsoft Anna. I'd say the
first thing to do is to test the voice in the Windows 7 control pannel
to
Fair enough tom.
well in that case I won't mind missing it too much, and maybe someone
like Ryan smith could do an accessible online battleships game with modable
sound to replace it one day.
Beware the grue!

Hi,
If you are musically inclinded, that's a major helper right there. The notes
the parrot sings are in F Sharp Minor, and the organ is in G Minor.

Hello everyone,
I thought many of you, especially game developers, might be interested
to know what the audio games community had to say regarding the
marketing survey posted yesterday. The results are pretty interesting,
and gives a good idea of where gamer's interests are as well as what
Most interesting Tom.
I would've thought more people would've gone for screen reader support,
sinse though I personally would go for sapi second only to pre-recorded
human speech, that's generally because Hal support isn't as forthcoming in
games, nice to know this is an option.
Also, as I
on that note I was playing with a friend that has the game.
are there any order in which puzzles need to be done.
I have always done puzzles as they come and when I have something needed to
solve another part of a puzzle I go back and do that.
however I suspect everything is in the wrong order
