[Ganglia-general] firewalls

hi I and trying to hook up a cluster that is behind a firewalls. The port 8649 is open at both side. However, still unable to obtain the XML queries , only get Trying xx.xx.xx.xx... Connected to xx. Escape character is '^]'. Connection closed by foreign host. Howver no XML results is
