It seems that some of the shared library files such as freetype, pango,   fontconfig, zlib, glib,  cairo etc that are needed by Ganglia at runtime are not being loaded.   Ensure that the LD_LIBRARY_PATH is set properly in apache or the web server you use to run the UI.
