I've issued a second release candidate for GDAL 3.0.0.
The main reason for it was a fix for a regression in the HDF5 I've just
noticed.
The other change since RC1 is a switch in the EEDA driver to the Earth Engine
v1alpha API (https://github.com/OSGeo/gdal/pull/1506)
