Does anyone know where in Canada, someone can get FreFlow or an equivalent
product? I would prefer not to shop at a petstore.

Go to an Ag-feed store. It's a supplement for dairy cows. I've found that
when you ask for Free-Flo - you get two types - the real fine dusty calcium

You can get crushed limestone in several grades at farm stores (feed
stores) and some garden centers.
The Fre-flo ( the right way to spell it) is like a
sand size,it is dusty but worth it.

Does anyone have a method of debugging fresh-collected sphagnum
moss? It's very hard to buy good quality sphagnum here, but it is
very common locally.

Can Fre-flo be easily washed such as aquarium gravel? Does it also come in a
variety of colours (which would be dependent upon the amount of iron in it)?
