it is in the gecko world for the
geckos to be predatory to their young?
Thankyou in advance for any responses!
Best wishes,

Hi,
I am wondering if this list was designed amongst other
things to help hobbyists and professionals alike to
learn more about geckos?
Thanks,
Paul

- your data is fantastic, thank you so much! As an
experienced leopard gecko breeder I have to comment
about the substrate- naturalistic is a choice best
left to very experienced leopard gecko keepers due to
the potential for impaction and contamination
(parasites and bacteria can have fun
Do leopard geckos actually occur in the vicinity of
Kabul? Kabul is at
considerable altitude, nearly 6000 feet (1800m), and
the average (not
average minimum) temperature in Jnauary and February
is below
freezing. I think this might be too cold for leos.
Yes they do exist in the Kabul valley
.
Best wishes,
Paul

Thanks for checking Paul. I wonder if India's being
closed is a permanent thing.
Julie B.
You're welcome, Julie. Let's hope it's not. The
deforestation there is bad and overpopulation is
encroaching on their natural resources. I have no
doubt there are species there that won't be there much
Hello all,
I have seen some deformities cropping up in leopard geckos from a few
different breeders (ex. Tail Kink and Malformed Eyes.) Does anyone have a
thero of facts on what causes these deformities (ex. Incubation technique,
breeding or genetic?)
Paul
Julie and all,
A breeder I contacted off list belives the tail kinks are symptoms of
calcium defiency, and the malformed eyes are a vitamin A defficiency in the
mother.
Any opinions?
Paul

Hello
Garrett,
Lacquer will work but IMHO not
the best course, it will outgas for a long time which makes me nausious. A
better course would be an epoxy resin. Cures in a day or 2 depending on the
type. completely water proof and excettent adhesion to most
surfaces.

Do they have pictures of all that was stolen? So if
anyone sees the reptiles for sale they can say "hey I seen that one before"

the wrong sub- (good neighborhood, just wrong market). But here in Baltimore
its a sellers market, seems houses take 3 - 4 days to sell unless theres a
bidding war. So it may just be somethnig else. I did se some others that had
good ideas.
