The attached diff file should get you an Up button.Unfortunately an existing geeqierc.xml file will prevent an new toolbar item being displayed, so you will need to edit that file to include the new item.It's perhaps easiest to rename geeqierc.xml, run geeqie to generate a new file, and look for
