Hi Rick, Mark Gebhart, another grad student at UT, has been working on
PARSEC v2.1 as a follow-on to what he and I were able to complete last fall.
We are just about finished with modifications to the build scripts included
in the package, and we can forward everything along when we polish it
This error message is just a generic sign that your system is
deadlocked. It doesn't indicate any particular problem. See

follow in isolating and reporting problems.
