- NOTICE is fine
- WIP DISCLAIMER exists
- signatures and hashes are fine
- no unexpected binary files
- ASF files have ASF headers

Hi Chao Zhang,
After you import the KEYS, did you trust the new key, perhaps you
missed this step or did you need to list your keys, to check if the
key import step was not successful.

I just download the KEYS file and import it but I cannot verify the signature.
