Thanks, I had forgotten to uncomment the Server line on the indexer.conf...
After having done this, everything worked.

I'm using the last version of Mnogosearch for UNIX with mysql support.
Mysql has been installed using MAMP.
Mysql server is started.
When launching this command :
sudo ./indexer -am -u http://www.mywebsite.com
