I am having problems trying to rebuild a slave disk with ROOT=/mnt/gentoo.
While it is _sort_ of working, it does something very unexpected. It
rebuilds 154 packages on the _host_ system.
Oddly, it does notice that I have different CFLAGS set in
/etc/portage/make.conf and rebuilds the host
