this: https://github.com/lbryio/lbry-desktop#running-from-source doesn't work. i did `yarn dev:web` (and without web) and i don't see anything usable. with `:web` i get a browser opened, but it doesn't show anything. without `:web` it just says that render compilation complete, and gets stuck
