[gentoo-user] How to add route at boot time ?

I am having a problem with my internet gateway, if I need to reboot it it loses the route add commands that I did. What I want to know is if there is any way to do this at boot, like route add route add -net 10.8.0.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 gw 210.200.1.230 thanks, and sorry for the stupid
