[gentoo-user] Sound priority @ boot

Hello All, I posted this question earlier, as part of a sequence, but no one replied to this one in particular. Any thoughts? I notice that on my laptop, my KDE startup sound is quite garbled. (Only when starting up). Im guessing that this is due to heavy resource use. I was wondering though,

I notice that on my laptop, my KDE startup sound is quite garbled. (Only when starting up). Im guessing that this is due to heavy resource use. I was wondering though, how I could go about giving Arts or whatever it is, a higher priority at boot so it doesn't sound so bad. I would guess that
