 I don't know of any script for this, but if you have shell access over
 SSH you can check out SSHFS over FUSE

Hi guys,

I need to exchange some files between a AIX developer server and my gentoo
desktop, actually it is not a gentoo request :-). There is no ftp client
tool or file server setup on that AIX server, and I don't have enough power
to install any binary tool. So, I think it is possible to use script on AIX,
then it will get/put files from/to my gentoo's ftp server. Can anyone
recommend such a script? Perl based script is prefered,

I think I had the similar blocks while upgrading my kde from 3.5.x to 4.1.2,
I just unmerged x11-libs/qt-core then everything seemed to be fine.

Yeah, exactly, after doing a emerge x11-drivers/xf86-video-vmware, I am
able to startx now.

Hi,
I couldn't start my XWindow after doing a emerge --update --deep --newuse
world on my gentoo vm. It just complained undefined symbol:
PictureScreenPrivateIndex and it appeared my old xorg-server 1.4.x didn't
have such a problem.
