I'm now trying to find an (small/simple) production-ready CRM/ERP
in portage ?
Evrything I've found (ie tinyerp, openbravo, ...)
is totally broken :(
Any tips ?

I can recommend egroupware from http://www.egroupware.org
I use it for years. Working well with gentoo.
