I had a similar problem earlier this year, related to a subscriber in Russia, 
whose incoming messages from the list were being rejected for not having the 
right ISP credentials set up. I checked with Zen and they were OK, and since 
then the problem has not reappeared.

This is still happening (I thought it had stopped happening, but it's
likely I just haven't posted in this list for a longer time).

Is there any chance this can be solved, or should I just resort to
training the spam filter on these messages from postmas...@outlook.com?
