I read through most of the X11 related messages so hopefully I am not repeating
something already
solved.
Basically emerge drops out with the following error:
makedepend: warning: glcontextmodes.c (reading
/usr/X11R6/include/bits/types.h, line 31): cannot
find include file "stddef.
