Hello. Try to install first lower version of cryptography: emerge -av1 =cryptography-1.1.2 This version require at least cffi-1.2.1, which don't need EAPI 6. Next try to install portage: emerge -av =portage-2.2.28

Hello. You know, this is very unusual configuration. I don't even can imagine why you need both of them. In order to resolve mutual block, you need to remove "!mail-mta/postfix" and "!mail-mta/exim" strings from RDEPEND in both packages. Don't forget to place modified ebuilds to local overlay.
