Thanks, I think the ArcSDE format was dropped (no maintainer) and the
template used for the release announcements was not updated.
The work still looks to be available as an unsupported community module

Hi everybody,
I want to report that for the current LTS release 2.17.2 the download
link for the ArcSDE vector format is broken.
Furthermore the word-documents describing the init.d configuration for a
production environment seem to be broken
