As I understand it, the JAVA_HOME variable doesn't include the \bin, despite the java.exe file being located there. So, for example, my JAVA_HOME is:
C:\Program Files\java\jre1.6.0_07 so that's the path I use in that dialog, even though my java.exe is here: C:\Program Files\java\jre1.6.0_07\bin\java.exe Hope this helps.
