I am trying to install the Image Pyramid extension for GeoServer 2.1.4 on
Win Vista 64 bit. I found installation instructions at

I have downloaded the latest version (geoserver-2.1.4-pyramid-plugin.zip)
and added to

Anyone know how to include more fonts geoserver does not recognize the Arial
and Calibri (not on the list of typography). hence my maps are not good even
my sld file are correct. the geoserver version is 2.1.3 and 1.6.0 JMV, use
CENTOS 5.4. do not know if the problem is related to JMV.

You might want to check for true type fonts in your OS. I had this
problem on RHEL 5.0 and I had to install true type fonts into my JDK.

I have what is probably a simple configuration failure on my part, but i
figure the list is a good place to start:
When generating WMS tiles from GEOServer and presenting them via a SLD
style, the fonts displayed look... bad. I've attached some links to a side
