I'm using Geoserver 2.0, and am trying to adjust the output
/InputTransparentColor, but I don't see them in the GUI. There are a
couple of unlabeled colour selection fields, but changing them doesn't
seem to affect the ImageMosaic output.
Is the coverage editor working in 2.0?

we recently noticed that there was a problem with the two textboxes in the UI.
Can you grab a more recent nightly from here:
http://gridlock.openplans.org/geoserver/2.0.x/
and try that out?
