I'm using get_iplayer 2.78 on 64-bit Windows 7. I use the command:
get_iplayer --mode=flashhigh --pid=x
and (for all programs) I get errors like

That's the way it's always been. TV programmes are geo-restricted, but radio
programmes are not. You need to use a VPN which makes you appear to be in
the UK if you want to download TV programmes.
