there and write some more!! I think there are a ton of holes yet
needing work. Also please check the to-do.txt file which lists holes in
the files already in there.
So it isn't MY fault anymore if 1.2 is delayed!

per-user basis. I have tried to put it in %home% and in the %home%\_gimp1.1

I want to report that I found two errors with my configuration on the 1.1.29
release:
1) -lintl is missing for shared libraries version in perl
in the directory gimp-1.1.29/plug-ins/perl/Gimp I corrected the Makefile
generated:
OTHERLDFLAGS = -lintl
