Some things (that are implemented in perl) would not significantly lower the number of dependencies when done in another language. gap-vcr could be done in gap without any additional dependencies, however. So it's obvious what is better

I have thought of this for a while now, but now I decided to put it into ascii form... Would it be possible to implement a "VCR Console" for GAP plugins? I think it would be very useful and from what I understand it might even be easy?
