Your blending mode set for the bucket fill tool is "Luz suave" (Soft
light). Changing it to "Normal" will fix the issue for you.

I’ve seen the same thing as Michael. However, at least in the Mac OS, my
experience is that it’s a bad idea for two reasons:
1. It’s very easy to inadvertently rename, move, misplace, or delete a file. I
only keep a few, generally temporary files on my desktop, files I intend to
throw away
