I read the original losing file into Audacity, with
I tried playing the small segment of the file and got the same error.
I have the latest gNewSense version of vorbis-tools installed.
In case it is useful, here's what ogginfo gave for the complete file.

ogginfo said something about the enoding.
This should be tried on the complete file.
Don't sure this is the problem, since oggz-validate doesn't get errors.
