I hope that I can get things straightened out with mediaone, now ATT.
Some how things have become messed up in the cut over for me to the new
domain and ATT said they should have things straightened out in 48
hours. On top of that I am one of the few who has to pick a new user
name as well.

I've been using usa.net (http://www.netaddress.net to signup) for a
number of years. It now costs me $20/year. I get web access,
forwarding, and POP access. My wife uses the web access from work. I
use the POP with fetchmail to my firewall.
For $20/year, I get some spam filtering no ads
