I think Ted is on the right track. The piece of paper that the person
takes away from the booth should encourage whatever behavior you want
the person to do next. If you want the subset that is geographically
nearby to attend a meeting in person, the handout should tell them how
to do that. That could be as specific as giving the dates and places
for particular upcoming meetings, but it should still provide a URL
for the calendar page, in case the person doesn't look at the flyer
until months later. In brief: it should tell them (in a robust way)
to take action.
