I just did a fresh fc3 install from the iso's at linux-speakup.org, and
configured
gnopernicus to work fine with festival.
Next, I installed j2sdk1.4.2_03 from java.sun.com to /usr/java/j2sdk1.4.2_03.
Next I checked out java-access-bridge from the gnome cvs repository.

The error message suggests that something is wrong with your symlink or with
the build of gnome-java-bridge.jar (that's what we usually call it, not
gnome-access-bridge.jar).
By the way, Sun just made available a JDK 6.0 Binary snapshot (and source
too). See the binary at

I downloaded jdk 1.6.0 from java.net and installed it. I then recompiled
the java-access-bridge, and made the new synlinks.
I ran gnome and tried the notepad demo that ships with the jdk, and it
worked pretty well.
I then tried JDeveloper 10.1.3, and it actually started this time.
