openssl rand -out prn.txt -base64 86
Now OpenSSL creates a 'random' file by the name prn.txt.
My question is between opening and closing the file 'prn.txt'. Is the file
locked in between its opening and closing?

Did you find the solution of this porblem... I am also getting the samen error
unresolved external'gsl_sf_bessel_j0' reference
