Workaround for this issue:
Use libgslcblas.lib, libgsl.lib for Ant compiling and libgslcblas_dll.lib,
libgsl_dll.lib for VisualC++ compiling.

I am trying to develop one application on VC++.. this application code
originally written in linux, it needs some tar archive utilities.
so i want to use Libarchive for my VC++ application.. can any one give some
inputs on this??
