Wonder how many cars and two-wheelers come on Goan roads, on a daily basis. Over the years, not a single Municipality or Government in Goa has been keen on arranging any parking, all across Goa! I am not sure the Police can do much about the indiscipline of the people either. Naguesh Bhatcar
