The real issue is none of these construction are in keeping with the natural topography of Goa because very few non Goans understand it. Of course, I see some splendid homes even in Anjuna built by non Goans. These are highly commendable, but mostly they are ugly urban eyesores. Bernice

GL responds: Nothing prevents individuals  or groups of individuals from renovating and managing existing properties and putting them to innovative uses.   There is a lot of scope in Goa.  What we seem to lack is the ingenuity OF ACTION and the willingness to take risks. Regards, GL.
