If the GCS is not active then please ask the
chairman(then)what happened to the funds which they
have in their account (approx. Dhs. 200,000/=)
I think they should give the funds which they have to
any charity in Goa? otherwise the funds will go to
someone's pocket.

I tried to contact them and did manage to reach the chairman(then) , he
informed that GCS is NOT ACTIVE.
