Unless Goans are passionate enough about this and willing to demonstrate their passion by queuing up for self immolation in front of Goa State Legislature no Government at the State or Centre is going to pay heed to this demand.
Dreams of Kashmir like status will not materialise unless self immolations start. Since I don't see this queue forming the only way out is to emigrate to the USofA or Canada or Australia and re-create our own little ethnic localities there a-la-Southall.
