Hi, A huge plot of beach-side property in Calangute which includes two large sand-dunes, purchased by Dr Prannoy and Radhika Roy has courted controversy in Goa. While villagers claim Dr Roy has plans to construct a studio, the NDTV boss in a response to a Pen Pricks questionnaire claims "if we build anything it will be small, at the furthest point from the sea, totally within the regulations and totally within environmentally friendly norms". The reason picked up the story was cause the local media has been studiously ignoring the issue for months now.
